Topologically generated and uniformly generated spaces

Abstract: Though the construct SUConv of semiuniform convergence spaces is a strong topological universe, its subconstructs of topological and uniform spaces are not even cartesian closed. Better behaved subconstructs are obtained by forming their (bi)coreflective hulls where these hulls can be described by means of suitable axioms.
